Hyla - The company misrepresented themselves

took advantage of my elderly mother, misrepresenting themselves. talked her in on a trade for her air purifier and was persistent & pushy and hung around until he managed to talk her out of $2500!!
when calling company for repairs 4 times, never received any call-backs.months later did receive 1 call-back, and was hung-up on.my mother is 73 years old and my father is 84 and suffers with dementia!!
I feel this is a classic case of elder abuse and would like to see some retribution on my mother and fathers behalf. what they did was a complete sham and i believe they deserve a REFUND!!!!

I was pressured into buying a Hyla system with shampooer for $2600. It's a good vacuum but certainly not worth that much.
I've found Hyla's online for $499. Recently the plastic nozzle on the shampooer has broken 3 times. The distributor's in the US charge over $40 for this cheap piece of plastic - that's with shipping which is a ridiculous for a very light item. ($15.95 in the Florida office and $8.95 in the Syracuse, NY office).
I am not a happy camper. I'm doing a search to find someone who can sell me this piece for a reasonable price.
