I brought hyla vacuum april 9 2012 it suspose to have 20 yr warrety on motor .lifetime on all parts.well mine been blowing out water out back of it since I got it.and I paid for a new one .they sold me a used one that I didn't no at the time.and it damaged.and they refuse to give me new one that I paid for.and refuses to fixs the motor on this one .saying its damaged .I done nothing to this .and I got lots witness that this doing it when I got it.i give 3,600 for this .and cant even use it. bec it blows water out of it.and the the part you vucum with shocks you bec everything gets wet.

4 years on motor, 1 year on everything else.you should have received a Warranty book, call Hyla back and give them serial number to find out if this was use or new.

When I was called and told that I was chosen to get $1000.00 in grocery coupons for just having a demonstration of the HYLA in my home, I said okay. We made the appointment, the young lady did a great job with the demo but did not have coupons with her.

She said that she would see that the coupons would be mailed to me. After a couple of weeks I called the number on the card that was given to me and was told that they would put the coupons in the mail that day. One week later, I called again because I had received no coupons. Today I will make a third call and will inform them that false avertizing is wrong and is liable for a law suit.

Why so much concern over coupons? I detest false advertizing!

Those coupons are not what you think they are. They only apply to certain online stores and you are fully responsible for inflated shipping and handling charges. There is no such thing as "free".

As a Hyla customer, I must inform you that the contract states that you only receive a 5 year warranty. You must have been Ill-informed. What company did you get your hyla from?

I have currently worked for Hyla for 3 months. In that 3 months I have came close to quitting multiple times, but haven't. I'm glad I didn't. I have made bigger weekly paychecks here than any other job I've ever had. People will come in and try this out, but then quit when it gets too difficult for them to handle. Those are the same people who call the bosses and the business "shady." It is a difficult job that not everybody can do. That doesnโ€™t mean it's *** People who give up and fail are usually the ones who complain the most about how it wasn't their fault, only the jobs. The truth is, only the people who are willing to work as hard as they can to succeed and do things a factory worker can only dream of. As for the product itself, the only people who don't like a Hyla are dirty people who don't use it correctly. I'm confident in my product and I prove its efficiency every time I show it. I have not seen a single thing that does what the Hyla does and imitations don't even come close. Don't believe every whiner and complainer out there. After all, they are the ones to blame for their current situation, not the machine or the person selling them.
